For you, navigating the Los Angeles real estate market probably feels daunting. There are so many pitfalls and yet so much opportunity for reward. Being a real estate investor and a real estate advisor gives me a way to be significant in other people's lives and I hope that I might be a fit for you. I invite you to reach out for a discrete conversation about it.
In case you are wondering, here is a little about me:
My wife Jenna Flexner (who is my real estate partner) and I have four children together and we live near Hancock Park, Los Angeles.
I was born in Israel to a Danish mother and American father. I have lived on 4 continents and speak 5 languages (none perfectly though!). Early experiences working on an Israeli Kibbutz and later in paramilitary training has taught me to think outside of the box. This is so important in real estate due to the competition!
Other highlights include becoming a Rhodes Scholarship semi-finalist, working in the U.S. Congress, jogging with President Clinton, attending the Kyoto Summit, having the longest commute in the world (12 timezones away from work), dancing as an extra for the Khirov Ballet, performing Brazilian dance at the Ford Ampitheater, The Kodak Theatre and the L.A. Theatre Center and founding one of the most successful Japanese networking organizations on the west coast. I've been a big brother in the Big Brothers Big Sisters LA for over 20 years and have been a part of my “little brother's” life all that time.
